Beginning in 1968, he now owns five restaurants (l’Epicerie, le Bar Cave, la Kuzina, le Café, la Tupina) and a guest house (Maison Fredon) in Bordeaux. These six establishments constituted the concept of “the gourmet street” of which Mr. Xiradakis is the precursor.
