On December 25th, the Belgian newspaper “La Libre Belgique” published an article on the BIWI. The article particularly highlights the wine and spirit culture imparted to students throughout the Bachelor and Master programs.

Indeed, the journalist describes the BIWI programs as a mix of academic disciplines submitted to the specificities of the wine sector (marketing, sales techniques, economics …) and highly specialized courses (oenology, wine culture, viticulture…).

The text also emphasizes the international aspect of the programs, noting that almost 50% of graduates work abroad, especially in China (now, the largest exporter of classified growths) and the United States (to promote the ‘french-touch’).
