Jean-Pierre XIRADAKIS :Enjoying traveling the vines and talking to the owners, Jean Pierre Xiradakis is also a wise businessman. Beginning in 1968, he now owns five restaurants (l’Epicerie, le Bar Cave, la Kuzina, le Café, la Tupina) and a guest house (Maison Fredon) in Bordeaux. These six establishments constituted the concept of « the gourmet street » of which Mr. Xiradakis is the precursor. Famous restaurant in the world, The Tupina do 40 000 covers per year with a cellar full of prestigious vintages.
