As part of their training, students in 2nd year of MBA have the opportunity to work in groups on real business cases, such as product/brand launches, events organization, market/consumer researches, etc. Last year, the 2012 class had worked on the blending, branding, packaging and promotion of a “dedicated” wine brand, in association with Crushpad Bordeaux, a winery that allows individuals to make their own wine by blending grapes from several coveted vineyards in Bordeaux.While the final blend is in oak, students of the 2013 class have taken over from their elders. They must now promote and sell 500 bottles from this special vintage before the end of the year, with a precise business plan to respect!Last year, BIWI students made their own wine by blending vineyards and varietals
